When you work with Sundrop Floral Design for your event, we want to make sure every flower is everything you dreamed it would be. We will collaborate to bring your floral vision to life through a consultation first and then a more detailed scope of work.

Working with Us

The Design Process

  • Reach out to us on our Inquire page to kick off the process. Be sure to check the calendar for dates we are already booked.

  • To follow up from your inquiry form, we will reach out to schedule a 30 minute consultation call to talk through your vision, style, and priorities.

  • Following up on our consultation, we will create a custom proposal with everything from our conversation in mind.

  • Once the proposal is agreed upon, we will send over a contract and ask for a non-refundable deposit with on-going communication to support the preliminary phase of your project.

  • We will schedule one more meeting before your event to fine-tune any outstanding details and sync up before the day of execution.

  • Delivery, setup, and cleanup all handled seamlessly so you can focus on enjoying your event.
